Guys, i read an article on telegraph that scientists have reported that breakfast may not be the most important meal of the day. What do you think?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the morning, lunch is the most important meal of midday, biscuits and tea is the most important meal of the afternoon, dinner is the most important meal of the evening, midnight snack is the most important meal of the night.

And in two weeks studies will say the opposite so you know what? Just eat when you're hungry, eat a balance diet of a bit of everything, yes also sugar, carbs and fat because your body needs it and just live.

I have controlled my weight for 10 years by weaning myself off breakfast altogether, I use up stored reserves and with moderate exercise stay within my proper weight. When I do have a breakfast, the floodgates are opened early and I snack all day!

According to the study those who skipped breakfast were on average ONE pound lighter. So based on that, I will stick to my breakfast and so will my children.

I haven't had breakfast for years. As a child I was never hungry until lunchtime. All I need to kick start the day is my one and only black coffee and I'm fine. Never been overweight etc.
