The Vegetarians Who Turned Into Butchers

Before she was a butcher, Kate Kavanaugh was a strict vegetarian. She stopped eating meat for more than a decade, she said, out of a deep love for animal life and respect for the environment. She became a butcher for exactly the same reasons.

What are some good food for weight loss?

I want to reduce weight. I am a 75 kg woman. i have kids so cant go to gym. too time consuming for me. how can i reduce my weight by consuming food that help?
